Easy 30-Day Returns

Our 30-day return policy gives you time to consider and inspect your purchase or gift. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition within 30-days for a refund or exchange. We allow returns after the packaging has been opened. We don't require a return authorization code or for you to fill out a form. Jewelry that has been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

How to return an order

  1. Pack it. Carefully wrap the item in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, make sure that the items are wrapped in a way that provides protection from damage. Flat envelopes are unacceptable. Please include:
    • The packing slip that came in the package or a printout of the order confirmation email
    • A note stating the reason for the return
  2. Ship it. We recommend shipping your return with insurance to protect you against any loss during shipment. Please note that AncientAssets is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Our address:

  3. Check your email. Within a week of receiving your package, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return. It usually takes several days after processing for the credit to appear in your account.

The fine print

  • 30-day returns & exchanges on unused, undamaged merchandise only. Certificates must be returned unfolded and undamaged.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • If the item was purchased with free shipping, $5 will be deducted from the refund to partially cover our shipping costs
  • Exchanges are shipped to customers free of charge and no shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, unless numerous exchanges are made
  • The credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase will be credited unless otherwise specified
  • Was the item a gift? If so, you may request a check instead of crediting the card used to make the purchase. Please include instructions with the package.
  • If the item was purchased using a gift certificate, then store credit will be issued
